I want to get like the perfect abs!!!?

I would like to get like the perfect abs... does anybody know any good workouts for that?! i do ab workouts ALL the time but it never seems to work. help!!!

  1. A very simple exercise is to put your index finger into your belly button and suck it in as far as you can. By doing this, you are training a very important muscle called the transversus abdominus, or the TVA. You can do this anytime, anywhere, such as when you're doing your homework, in class, or when you're waiting in line at the store! Also, if you're working out all the time with no success, you could be a little irregular. Make sure you stay regular, but not with laxatives, suppositories, or enemas, which could cause dependency, but with good diet and enough fiber, and you are right to exercise.

  3. i am trying to get a six pack. my workout out plan is this

    crunches---100

    leg lifts---25-50

    leg holds---5x for 10 sec

    reverse crunches---50

    side crunches---25 on left and right side

    dumbell side bend---30 each side

    situps---100

    but you must also eat healthy, do cardio excersices, and drink a lot of water

  5. Well you know you can't have perfect abs, but we can always try. First thing you must do is run a mile a day. You must only drink water. YOu must eat the right foods. Know for the exercising part. You have to do at lest to start with 50 sit ups a day. Then you must do planks for thirty sec. Just do those steps ever day and it will work for you. When you go out to eat you may drink cold drinks but like to a fast food restaurant you need to get a bottle of water to drink.
