  1. How about pictures of their new grandchild, niece/nephew or however the relation is with a bib or shirt that says, I Love My Grandma, on it.  It makes it where the child is part of the family, just as if you gave birth, and incorporates the members into the baby's life.  The picture can be framed, decorated, etc.  Be creative.  Or, are you talking about your immediate family, like husband and kids?

  2. How about those clay kits where the child presses their hand into it and then it hardens.

Write a note on heart shaped paper and laminate it:

"You have left a handprint on my heart"

  3. Matching lockets with a nice picture for the women in the family.

And for the men in her life a framed picture of her

(or of the family with her).

  4. Why did you say you are the NEW Mama then ? this is hardly new being that she is 5 years old

    Just say Thankyou

Give them a photo of her

Adoption keepsakes - honestly its a bit OTT. especially 5 years after the fact.

Just give a nice framed photo
