I want to get my learners permit. How much would it cost to be added on to my parents insurance?

I want to get my learners permit, but I don't know how much it will cost to be added onto my parent's insurance(Nation Wide). Would it cost less since I am only going to have a learners permit or the same amount as if I was getting my license?

some companies will cover you w/o charge on your parents policy until you get your license. you need to call your parents insurance and get a quote to add you on their insurance. you cannot get insurance on your own with a permit.

Why don't you have your parents ask their insurance agent? That's the only way you're going to get a good answer.

when i was 15 i was not added on to my parents insurance. you don't need insurance until you are 16. in st. Louis i don't know what it is where you are
