do i have to take it out when i kiss, make out, or eat and can you leave it in all the time

You have to leave it in all the time. But they suggest not to engage in kissing for about 6 weeks, thats the healing period. After that, you could do whateva u want. It is a little awkward kissing though, but as far as eating, it was perfectly fine. You just have to make sure u rinse ya mouth out with alcohol free mouth wash and water.
