I want to get my nose pierced but I'm scared?

I've been wanting to get my nose pierced, and I asked my mom (expecting she would say no), and she said 'yeah, we can go tomorrow!'. The problem is, school starts wednesday, and I dont want it to be all red for the first day. How long does it take for the redness to go away? And does it hurt really bad??

I got mine done, and I'm not gonna lie.. it hurts.. I also had a problem with mine healing. It took a few months for the redness and soreness to finally go away. It depends on the person though.

Hi no it does not hurt my friend got it done and she said it was just a pinch so go for it.
