  1. The best thing to do would be to check an ovulation calander depending on when you have your period and how long it lasts.  You should also start using ovulating strips and/or an ovulation thermometer to find out the exact day.  Discharge colors and thickness can also help tell.  You and your partner should be having s*x a few days before up to a few days after the day you ovulate to have the most chances of conceiving.

All these things can be found at the website below.  Or try googling your questions.

  2. What I do is i track my periods and ovulation too... I go to www.mymonthlycycles.com

and sign up... it will ask you to input your last period and it will help you track you periods and when you ovulate...I have been using it for a couple of months now, But i know my luck will come soon =)

But try to relaxes it going to be hard cause you feel like you are doing everything on what you need to have a baby....Do the things you normally do...But easy on the drinking a few wont hurt and if you drink coffee easy on that too!!! Maybe one cup a day and drink water, And take vitimus too...either prenatal pills or regular vitimus are good but i take prenatal pills =)....

Anyways i wish you the best of LUCK and don't give up if it doesn't on that months you are TTC....It will happen just enjoy have s*x with the hubbie =) LOL....Hope this Info help you....

And let you doctor know you are trying to have a babyy he might be able to let you know if you are in good condition to have a babyy. Its taken me 2 years but my reason for that is i was on th DE-PO it take time for it to clear out of my system...

    But that another story =)

ANYWAYS BABYY DUST TOO YOU =)

  3. There aren't any foods to eat that will aid in conception.  If that were the case many people would either stock up or stay away.  :)  Anyway, there are many ways in which you can try to see when you are ovulating:  Ovulation predictor kits (OPKs), Basal Body Temperature (BBT), Cervical Mucus, and Cervial changes.  You should read Taking Charge of Your Fertility.  It has loads of information on how to tell when your body is giving you clues to the fertile times of your cycle.  A woman may not always ovulate on the 14th day...depending on how long/short her cycles are.  Also, you could try Googling how to conceive to get information also. Good luck & Baby dust!

  4. The best thing is to have s*x 2-3 days apart, unless you know when your ovulating or have bought an ovualtion test to tell you you need to get the sperm to meet the egg (who only lives for 72hrs) also after s*x stay laying on your back for a few mins to help gravity put things where they need to, I got prego the week before my period

  5. i want to get pregnant too!! good luck to you!!  I did hear that taking prenatal vitamins even before you conceive can be helpful.  just try to live healthier... no smoking, monitor drinking etc.

I forgot.... about the ovulating.... some people can feel it some cant.  read this its great information!!

An egg lives 12-24 hours after leaving the ovary

Normally only one egg is released each time of ovulation

Ovulation can be affected by stress, illness or disruption of normal routines

Some women may experience some light blood spotting during ovulation

Implantation of a fertilized egg normally takes place 6-12 days after ovulation

Each woman is born with millions of immature eggs that are awaiting ovulation to begin

A menstrual period can occur even if ovulation has not occurred

Ovulation can occur even if a menstrual period has not occurred

Some women can feel a bit of pain or aching near the ovaries during ovulation called mittelschmerz, which means "middle pain" in German

If an egg is not fertilized, it disintegrates and is absorbed into the uterine lining

    Tracking Ovulation:

A woman's monthly cycle is measured from the first day of her menstrual period until the first day of her next period. On average, a woman's cycle normally is between 28-32 days, but some women may have much shorter cycles or much longer ones. Ovulation can be calculated by starting with the day the last menstrual period (LMP) starts or by calculating 12-16 days from the next expected period. Most women ovulate anywhere between Day 11 - Day 21 of their cycle, counting from the first day of the LMP. This is what many refer to as the "fertile time" of a woman's cycle, because sexual intercourse during this time increases the chance of pregnancy. Ovulation can occur at various times during a cycle, and may occur on a different day each month. It is important to track your cycle; there are tools online to help you do this
