Question:

I want to get rid of fat from my face .........i have preety large eyes but fat on my face makes my eyes look?

small................how can i get rid of that fat......i started chewing gum and then i got a cavaty and it hurts really bad now.......anyways.........is there any kind of exercise i could do??????

  1. If you're overweight, the only way to lose some of the excess fat on your face is to drop some pounds.

    If you're at a normal weight and your face is just the prob, its just the way you are. Be happy and accept it, 'cause you're not getting another face.

    If you want to accentuate your eyes more, line them with pencil on the rims.

Monitoring and regulating your caloric intake is perhaps the most effective means of getting rid of a double chin. Science has proven that processing calories is what ages our bodies the most.     Exercising the rest of your body will help you get rid of a double chin. There are ergonomic chairs like the one I have here that will ensure you sit up straight while you work.  

    Chewing sugar-free gum is a great way to help maintain good hygiene and stave off a double chin. Keeping your jaw and facial muscles moving and working is the key to preventing the build up of excess fat and loose skin. The muscles in your face responsible for keeping your jaw line tight are the same muscles that you use to chew and make facial expressions—chewing gum and making facial expressions will help retain that jaw line.  

    Exercising the muscle we call the platysma is the most recommended exercise for getting rid of a double chin. To exercise this muscle, open your mouth wide, pull your bottom lip over your bottom teeth, and then work your jaw up and down as if you were trying to scoop something up with your lower jaw. This is called the shovel, and you look like a moron doing it, but eventually you’ll start to notice a difference if you stick to a daily routine.


  4. haha. im pretty sure you cant workout ur face! it might just be baby fat depending on ur age which will go as you mature. or if your chubby or overweight than you need to loose weight everywhere else for your face to shrink.

  5. You will find massaging will lose fat from face rapidly. I had  face fatness and this dramatically made my face leaner and and defined. You need to make the massage quite vigorous. Don't be afraid of vigorous massage. If done right it is only beneficial as many users on Answers will testify. There is no pulling or stretching or stressing of skin as you have to tighten facial muscles which flexes or tightens skin in the part being massaged. This exercises and conditions many of underlying face (and some neck) muscles and thus slimming face whilst skin is being firmed and tightened by massage. It's best to repeatedly massage over and over with a forward and back motion using finger tips and front and sides of fingers depending where you are massaging. Circular massage is not effective. If you can do for 30 min a day (can be in 2 or 3 sessions) you will see dramatic changes. I also recommend work on the the neck which helps face slimming. Using right hand and starting from just left of chin point sweep all the way to back of neck and back. Do repeatedly. (Again to do it you will be firming muscles and tightening skin) then switch to other hand and other side of neck. This will give rapid results.

    Choose first one "facial yogas the new craze ......." First pic is "The lion face". A variation of that is protruding the tongue as if trying to touch tip of nose with tip of tongue, Both poses are excellent for face and neck. Some of the others are equally. I've been using a long time and they keep face slim, glowing, healthy and young looking.
