I need it for the dmv. thanks to those tweek basterd identity theves my ss card wont work. please help me the bus is great but somtimes i dont have 4 hours to get down the street.

to get your birth certificate go to your health department were you were born

If you do not have a SS card or BC, then you can call your local SS office and get a replacement ss card and ask about where you get a replacement for your birth certificate..

I'm confused. you don't have a copy of your birth certificate, a state issued ID, or a SS card? that's a hard one. do you have anything else with your name and photo on it? credit cards? bank statements? phone bills? gather up ALL of this, then try to get your birth certificate first by going to the court house in the city you were born. if they refuse to give it to you, explain your situation and ask how you can rectify it.
