Since the elections are nearing in karnataka, the electoral office guys are visiting door to door every house, they will visit you house nd if u r not in the local area list they will give you a form which you have fill in and submit it with address proof. The same officer will collect the form from you. If you are not available at home during the day time do inform you neighbours or you building security to collect the forms on your behalf.
