People is the best choice. It's really expensive, however. I'd go with like Cosmo or Vogue if you want something cheaper. Oh and Vanity Fair is pretty good.

Probably Marie Claire -- it has a variety with a slightly younger slant. Since she is single, she likely thinks a bit younger than her age.

Try People... it includes all the things you just named.  If she's a big reader try Cosmo.  If she's not too big on reading try Women's World.  It might not cover movies but it does a great job of catering to women's likes and dislikes and I think every woman can enjoy something in it.
