go to nseindia.com and register urself.

study about the various test(modules) and choose a module in which u want to give exams. make a payment and within one week you will recieve the study material. after studying you can choose ur exam date and appear the same. before going to exam you can take a print out of ur hall ticket. very simple. best answer??? i hope i have cleared ur query...

You can take up the exam at the NSE recognized centers.  Look in nseindia.com for the list of recognized centers.  The exams are also conducted at various other places depending on the no. of candidates.

So you can contact the regional recognized center immediately.
