But my natural hair texture is demented curls. Like really loose frizzy shapeless curls/kinks. How can I make them less weird without heat.

Also what is some daily/weekly hair treatments I can do so I can get my incredibly heat/color damaged hair back to a healthy state in 2 weeks. Yeah that sounds hard I know haha =) But I'd love to know

  1. I used to have the same problem as far as the weird curls go. I used to straighten it every day, but recently I bought hair mousse for curly hair and started scrunching my hair. It's amazing stuff. When you get out of the shower, towel dry your hair so it's not dripping wet. Then squirt some mousse into your hand and scrunch it into your hair. After you've done your whole head, go back and scrunch it again with a towel to remove excess moisture. Then you're done! (:

If you don't want to do that, you can always throw your hair in a pony or messy bun.

As far as improving the health of your hair goes, try using a leave in conditioner. Also, if you do need to flat iron it on occasion, be sure to put a protectant spray or creme on your hair first, like Bed Head After Party or Sleek Look Styling Spray.

Also, I know this sounds grossss, but if you put Mayonnaise in your hair, it makes it really soft. I've never actually done it, but i read it in a magazine and i know someone who does do it. You only need to do this like once every month or so, depending on how bad your hair really is, but it should help. Put the mayonaise in evenly throughout your hair and then let it sit for a while before washing out completely.

Hopefully this was somewhat useful for you! Best of luck!

  2. Try deep conditioning for the damage. and as for how to style your hair, use a curl cream or spray. Sunsilk has a great line for curls, and let your hair air dry.

  3. put gel in ur hair when its damp.

  4. well get a trim first.

    condition twice a day.

and leave the conditioner in fer a while each time (that'll make it softer)

and instead of curling it or straightening it,

get some gell and scrunch it.

    like when it's damp,

put some gell in your hands and scrunch yer hair.

    it works wonders,

    trust me.

    :D

  5. i used to straighten my naturally curly hair everyday :P but i stopped over the summer. here's what i did:

When I had no plans for the day-

use Pantene daily moisture renewal shampoo/conditioner

put Garnier Fructis leave-in conditioner in my damp hair(clip your hair up and blow dry it if you want)

I slept with the leave in conditioner in my hair while it was in a hairnet (i looked crazy)

    When I was going somewhere:

Use herbal essences None of your Frizzness shampoo/conditioner

rub a little leave in conditioner on your damp hair

use Pantene pro-v style curling mousse

My hair is now wayyyy healthier than it used to be but i still like to flat iron my hair.

  6. Hey, Well if you have some extra money.

Redken is the best shampoo and conditioner my bestfriend uses it and her hair is super soft. and redken heat protector works great IF you flat iron your hair. And get a trim and a deep condition. But redken has the best prodoucts.
