I want to give my roborovski's a sand/dust bath, do I need chinchilla dust or is sand from a sandbox okay?

I would like to place a sand bath in my robo's cage. Do I need to buy chinchilla dust or is ordinary sand okay? We have artificial sand from a while ago in a bag (Nobody has played in it,) would that be okay? Or would it be better to get chinchilla dust?

Also, if you have any tips on taming (Not the normal stuff, like "hold them everyday") or DIY toys I can use (Not toiletpaper rolls, I got those ) It would come in handy. Thanks!

I've checked lots of websites and it just says use any sand because it's just like it is in their habitat as lots live in a desert

And they LOVE to eat leek
