If you want to go there to work you would need to immigrate via Skilled Worker, which does not require sponsorship by a person, but does require you meet their eligibility requirements. I suggest you take the test here (http://cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skill... to find out if you meet the requirements. If not, then you can find out what areas you need to strengthen, in order to make the eligibility requirements to immigrate.

It is a long and expensive process, but worth it if you qualify.

You can't just ask someone to sponsor you. Immigration into Canada doesn't work like that. Only a relative who is either a permanent resident or full-fledged citizen can sponsor you. The only other way would be if you got an offer of employment (in writing, of course) and the company in question were willing to sponsor you.

Failing that, you can always just apply to immigrate. However, please be advised that it is a very long and cumbersome process. It will take anywhere from 3 to 5 years, provided immigration officials do not find anything wrong in your application.

Finally, Canada has a lot of web developers already so, even if you could immigrate, that is no guarantee that you would be able to find a job in your field.
