I want to go anorexic?

I'm fat!! I know that people don't think I'm fat, but I weigh 190 lbs and I'm only 5'7" tall! I am fat!! I really really want to go anorexic, but I can't with my mom watching me like a hawk, making sure that I eat dinner and breakfast... it's horrible!! Anyone know a good calorie count to loose weight, but not get too sick?

  2. Don't starve yourself, it will have the opposite effect.  You will gain weight more easily because your body will be in starvation mode.

    You can design a healthy eating plan there and it includes all the foods you should be eating including portions and calories.  Do it smart and do it right or you will be on a constant cycle of losing and gaining.

  3. Don't be a dork. Anorexia is not a fitness alternative, its a mental illness that ends in fatality or being institutionalized. At 190 lbs, 2000 caloris spread over six meals coupled with exercise will make you lose weight rapidly without eating your muscle and making you look more flabby.

  4. You need to get all the junk food out of your diet.  Find some healthier food choices, like whole grains, skim milk, leans meats, nuts.  If you are taking in too many calories just try lowering your daily intake by 500.  You should also be getting in daily exercise.  No reason to go anorexic, dieting is pretty simple.

  6. The best way to lose weight is to eat 5 small meals a day instead of three large ones because it keeps your metabolism running faster which burns more calories per hour. If you start doing 30-45 min of cardio a day you will also start to lose weight. Any type of diet that you try where you deprive yourself will just make you gain all of the weight back once you stop because in order to be at a healthy weight you have to change your lifestyle to a healthy one and not just try to find a quick fix. And trust me you don't want to go anorexic, it just looks gross. And you are actually more likely to lose weight eating breakfast than skipping it because it kick starts your metabolism.
