  1. You will probably get fat when u start eating meat. Being a fatso sucks

  2. once you are a vegetarian your body gets use to eating foods that aren't meat so take slowly like only eating chicken once every two days or so.

    good luck

  3. not at all its your choice

  4. Congratulations!

  5. yes, and i can link lots of videos if you are really interested. But first off the mistake is being vegetarian. That is actually more unhealthy than non-vegitian, but both of those are far worse than vegan.

Animal fat is animal fat, reguardless of where it comes from. In fact if you do some online reserach, you will find out that cheese is actually an extremely addictive food.

anyway, the reason you miss it is because your body likes things that are high in calories. It just tastes better. When you eat dairy, you are reminding your body about meat. That is where the craving for meat comes from.

If you are really serious about your health, watch the video in the sources and try to be vegan. I've recently changed to vegan for health reasons (mainly from that video), and i no longer even think about beef. There is even research showing that after only 3 weeks of vegan diet, you wont even like the taste of meat anymore (at least it wont taste nearly as good).

Oh yeah, if you haven't eaten meat in about a year or more, expect your first few meals to make you throw up or get food poisoning. I had a friend who went vegetarian for over a year, she had to have her stomach pumped after eating a hamburger at a BBQ, no one else did, just her. Her body just rejected the food.

  6. it's only in the mind!

There's nothing wrong wrong with eating meat. We get a lot of health benefits from it.

There are innumerable health benefits of eating meat, to say, for example, it serves as a fabulous source of high quality proteins, which a single vegetarian food is not able to provide. It contains all the essential amino acids that the body requires.

The red meat contains very high quantities of iron, when compared with plant origin foods.

    But be aware!

Though meat is rich in nutrients,  there are certain things that meat lacks in. It doesn't contain any kind of fiber, which helps to keep your digestive system in order. Also it is very high in saturated fats, thus it is recommended to eat meat, but in moderate quantities.

Preserved meats like ham, bacon, salami etc should be avoided, as they are very high in terms of fats, salts, nitrites and nitrates that are often held responsible for causing cancer. It is recommended to eat not more than 60-75 grams of meat per day and not more than thrice a week.

Remember, balance diet is the key for good health.

We need a bit of everything. Just bear in mind that everything in moderation is good for us, so go girl, eat what you feel like eating!

  7. no their is nothing wrong with that you can give up and eat meat again anytime i did that too and went back to it eat meat its good source of protenine i think of this way they already killed the animal so if you dont eat the meat it will go to waste then we will be throwing away the animal a waste of killing him so think of it liek that
