Its a very good timetable for the whole of Europe  including the UK suburban services.

Make sure that you click on "English" unless your German is good.

There's no such thing as a "last train" as there are trains at least every 90 minutes through the night (on weekdays anyway).

There are ICEs at 2307, 2327, 0007, and 0138, which take 22-23 minutes, fare €16; an RE at 2340, takes 31 minutes; an IC at 0302, takes 34 minutes, fare €10.50, and S trains at 0031, 0431 and 0451, take about 52 minutes.

IC = InterCity

ICE = InterCityExpress

RE = RegionalExpress, 4 intermediate stops to Cologne Hbf.
