Not directly from the Euronight Tosca.

You need to make one train change at Bruck an der Mur. The night train arrives there at 6:39 am. You'll need to catch the regional train (#1909) from Bruck to Graz at 6:52 am. You arrive at Bruck on platform 4 and leave from platform 5 - a very easy transfer. Arrival in Graz is at 7:30 am. http://www.ferroviedellostato.it/ferrovi...

There's also an earlier night train that leaves Florence Campo di Marte at 8:56 pm, but you would also have to make a train change (at Leoben; 6:09 am arr, 6:23 am dep to Graz) if you take that one. Arrival in Graz is at 7:15 am.
