I want to go from paris to stockholm buy bus or train , will the immigration check our passport?

Assuming that you're going via Kopenhagen, all the countries you'll be traveling through are members of the European Union so visas shouldn't be needed.

They might check your passport and luggage ! No visa in there ? They send you straight back !

If you aren´t from a country of the European Union, sure you got to have at least a passport and depending from which country you are, a visa too! If you are citizen of a EU country, you will manage fine, but it´s always good to have a passport with you, that´s what I´ve noticed travelling through EU countries and living in a EU country myself.

Don´t get yourself in trouble, check the rules before thinking of travelling to Stockholm!
