  1. Wow..great start!

First, you could recycle.  It's cliche this days, but it saves resources.  Plain and simple.

Also, a large part of Americans' environmental impact is caused by transportation, so take a look at your own methods of transport.  Could you buy a more fuel efficient car?  Are there times you could walk/bike rather than driving?

In the end, being "green" really comes down to thinking not about what's best for you, but what's best for your neighbors (think globally) and for posterity.  But from the list above, it sounds like I'm preaching to the choir. :)

  2. well u dont make any sense

  3. Wow. your going to get lower bills and going to have a green thumb! well you can take you old stuff and donate them to a church. one less thing to throw out. bio diesel is  vegtable oil.All those books you read and want to get rid of it and can't reclye?  Donate them to a library. Good luck on going green. Also try not to stain most of you clothing. try using those cleaning supplies that you can put in your pocket and use it to clean your shirt. That save alot of water.

  4. Before you get your green house, you can still do the following:  use less energy by changing out light bulbs to compact flourescents, do all your laundry in cold water, use a clothesline for drying ( you can pop dry clothes in the dryer for 5 minutes and they get all soft and fluffy) change out your showerhead and /or toilet to a low-flow model, recycle paper, cardboard, plastics 1and 2, aluminum, and metal, use cloth grocery bags, recycle your plastic grocery bags, donate old clothes, appliances, glasses, etc., ( anything really) to Goodwill or someone instead of throwing stuff away.  If you can, compost your kitchen waste. Walk, bicycle, or take public transportaion as much as possible. Reduce your consumption in general, and especially try not to buy bottled water.  It's a huge rip-off and only 7% of the millions of bottles produced each year get recycled. Reuse as many things as you can to avoid buying new stuff and throwing away old stuff.  trade off clothing with your friends for 'new' things. And Recycle everything you can.  Look around your house and I bet you can think of an alternative to the landfill for almost everything in your home!  Some one else will want it when you do not!  Bio fuel is basically gasoline made of usually a plant product-- used cooking oil or corn by-products.  It isn't really something you could make yourself. It's used in vehicles that have been converted to run on it.  Good Luck with your quest to become greener!
