  1. Errm, it's land-locked.

  2. Check your map of Europe. Switzerland has no ports, as it is surrounded by land. If you want to go to Switzerland, I suggest you to go either via France or Italy. Both countries are beautiful.

  3. You won't find any cruises that stop in Switzerland because it's a landlocked country. It's surrounded by France, Germany, Italy, and Austria.

  4. In Swiss ports??? Are you talking about a tiny cruise on a lake in Switzerland??

I would not know of such a cruise...If I think of cruises I think of cruises in the Mediterenian Sea....and they definetely do not stop in Switzerland

  5. Well, Switzerland does not touch the sea anywhere, it's surrounded by five countries.

Are you sure it's a good idea to take a SHIP to travel Europe? Railways or planes would be much more practical choices.

Perhaps you could step into a travel agent's to find out about all possibilities.

    Greetings from Switzerland!

  6. There are about a half a dozen small ship/boats and barges that cruise the rivers of Europe.  Go to a good travel agent and they can give you all the info about it and book it for you.

  7. The only cruises that would go to Switzerland are the Rhine river cruises.

Generally the itinerary is Basel to Amsterdam or Amsterdam to Basel.

Both Viking River Cruises and Avalon Waterways offer these cruises.
