She also isn't a citizen and has a green card. She has an indian passport but I'm not sure if that will be allowed. Will she need a US passport?

  3. contact the cruise line or look at their site online and it will be able to tell you the legal qualifications.  Different lines have different laws.

  4. How old is she?  How old are you?  She should have no problem is she is of legal age.

  5. Your friend can go without her parents.  However, she will need a letter from her parents allowing her to travel with your parents.  Since YA is not allowing click-able links for some reason, I have copied a sample letter into my answer ...

Well, the above is the best I can do given the new limitations YA has placed on click-able links.  If you need more, type "minor travel permission letter" into your search engine and you will get more information.

If your friend is in the country legally, then all she needs is her passport.  However, the countries you are cruising to might require Indians to have other travel documents (like a visa), so you will have to check on that.
