Well if you make sure you bring along an adult like a parent or something you will be fine!

I don't know much about the ratings in other countries, but in the US, PG-13 is a guideline and not a restriction. Most likely the theatre will not even blink at you going to see the movie - even if you're by yourself.

you'll be fine. my sister and her friends bought tickets to the dark knight alone and they're 13/14. just go and if they don't let you in, get your parents to buy tickets for you then just go into the actual theatre alone but honestly i think you'll be fine.
