Sir, Get a train to Nasik from Bombay Central. From Nasik you get more buses to Shirdi.

Mumbai central bus terminal is close to Mumbai central train station.

Private buses depart from Dr Anadrao Nair Road near Mumbai central train station.

You can get to Dadar railway station and catch  MTDC buses/Volvos from there.  Or you can take  the comfortable  Luxury Coach (Raj National Express)  for Shirdi.  

Shirdi is well connected by Road with Mumbai via Nashik-Sinnar and Manmad.  You can also get  taxis from Dadar-Mumbai -- (Journey Time-7 hours) up to Shirdi

Or take a train up to Manmad -- Trains from VT station pass through Manmad -- and then take a taxi for Shirdi.
