I want to go skinny dipping in the summer but my next door neighbor is always home and outside?

i have my own pool both my parents are at work but my dad sometimes comes home and my sister is at work

Take a towel out with u and if your not afraid of geting it wet, take it into the water. Also you can also get a sheld or something to put around the pool. Or it there outside just be like hello, im going to be 'swimming' out here and i want to get a tan to so im not going to be wearing 'much' can u go inside?
