Americans don´t go to medical school directly but they do a regular college degree first (4 years), focusing on biology etc. It's called pre-med.

You can apply for college now...although good US colleges are very expensive, and it's not possible to finish medical school in the US without being up to your eye balls in debt.

If you get into a European University, they may have exchange programs with US colleges. That would probably be the smartest and most affordable way of going about it.
