I want to go to France and see if thats where I want to reside, please help!!?

Well when I graduate high school I want to go to college in France, but I want to go to France next summer for 2 months of my vacation, so where are some apartments I can stay, like the one week apartments and stuff, where is a good area to stay in, I will be about 16 or 17 when i go, so please give me the fun, best, beautiful, and not to expensive parts, I will also go to become fluent in French, so please help me...please and thank you

Different neighborhoods have different flavors.  Check out Rick Steve's book on France.  Some are college hangouts,  some are redlight districts,  some are family friendly neighborhoods, some are financial districts, it just depends on what you want.  Check out that book, its really great, and easy to understand.
