I want to go to Paris, but i don't know where to start!!!!?

Am in central london nowadays, and i don't know where should i go to apply for my visa to go to paris!

Does anyone know where can i go and apply for colleges in France as well?

You apply for a visa at the nearest French consulate.

EDIT:  As for college...it depends on what you want to study.  You'll have to provide more information, or just use google.

Listen to her.  ^  And, just Google something if you want to find colleges.  There are many great places to get a great education there.  And, OXFORD!  Totally check that place out.  The mega-cutie, Hugh Dancy went there.  And he's extremely bright.  Go for it!
