I barely became a citizen it is possible to go to TJ by land without a passaport with only showing proof of ur citizenship(certificate)?

  1. If you don't have a passport, you have to have a government issued id AND proof of citizenship in order to return to the US. After the 1st of June 2009, you'll need a passport. You can verify the rules here: http://travel.state.gov/travel/cbpmc/cbp...
