I want to go to Texas A&M ,but im afraid I wont be able to afford it. Is there something that can help me pay?

I come from a family that isn't rich at all. I would need help paying for all 4 years of schooling. I dont make striaght A's either. Will financial aid pay for all 4 years or just one year or two. I dont know. can someone please help me!!!

Financial Aid will only help a little you would have to pay most of it through loans and apply for scholarships even though you dont have straight a's you have nothing to lose

Alberto - let me recommend a couple of things. First of all, take the time to read the booklet from the US Department of Education that I've attached in the link below. Your parents should take the time to read it, too, because it's a great introduction to the higher education financial aid system, and it answers lots of questions in an easy to understand format.

The second piece of advice I have for you is to take the time to review some of the many similar questions that have been asked here on Yahoo! Answers, even in just the last few days. A lot of people are interested in understanding how financial aid works, and you will find a lot of helpful answers if you go back and look at some of the questions and answers that have been posted here.
