I want to go to college and cant afford it, i just recently moved to florida?

I just moved to florida from new york and i want to go to school for nursing but i cant afford it right now, does anyone know if they have VESID in florida or any programs that will help pay for college? thanks

ps i live in the fort myers area

FASFA go to the FA of your school. Ask questions get loans. Go to hospitals and ask if they have programs to help you. GRANTS exc.

You may want to try contacting a bank for a possible student loan. You can also try for a grant depending on how your grades were in high school. Is it possible a jc/community college is an option? Your grades at your community college can also affect your financial aid when you wish to transfer to a university. If you just absolutely have to attend a 4year college from the start, you may want to seek a loan from a bank. Bank of america has a really good student loan program. You may apply over the phone. They will send you a check for x*x amount all at once for the year so you will have to budget your money.
