  1. Its not really a big deal whether you are terminated from your last employment. Its just, what is the reason you are terminated. In this case, you have no choice but to tell the employment agency about your work experience and history, because these employment agencies, just like job interviews, will ask you everything.

They will do this to make sure, they will hire an associate that will not let them down, once they have given you a job.

Just be honest, that is the best thing you can do, besides, all of us will experience being terminated, the only difference is the reason we are being terminated.

By the way, Integrity Staffing Solutions, is an employment agency. You can check their site www.integritystaffing.com or inquire thru phone 888-452-8367.

  2. I guess it would depend how long you were there for.  6 months - I wouldn't bother telling them about the job at all.  Just make up something to fill in the gap of employment.

  3. i don't live in california but here, you need to show them your record of employment so they will see that you were terminated.

no sense in lying and getting yourself in trouble.

  4. the truth is always the best answer...... the unemployment office don't care if you were fired, laid off, or quit...... they are just there to help you gain employment......

on the other hand, the employers they send you to may care if and why you were fired...... they will usually check with your past employer, so if you do write your last employer down, then don't lie about why you left...... i have left some employers after a very short time in the past, and i filled in the gap time of my employment by saying i was self employed and filling all the application information in very believable......
