  1. ask in the new zealand section, it is not part of Australia

  2. Why not go on a holiday first to see if you like NZ... or better yet - check out http://www.bunac.org/usa/worknewzealand/ for a working adventure holiday in NZ - open to American people.  Allow Americans aged 18-35 to travel and work in New Zealand for up to 12 months.

You also need to see if you qualify to live/work there.

Auckland is expensive compared to other cities, the South Island is much nicer and cheaper living (in my opinon)  I lived there for years.  Vehicle does come in handy as NZ public bus and train service is not the best!!  Yes food is 'normal'  LOL

    Good Luck

  3. dont go to new zealand come to austraila way betta

  4. the planes go both ways. just go and find out. only make sure you have enough for a return trip, when you find out you had it better here.

  5. to be able to work here you would need to work in an industry where we have a shortage of job candidates.  this would be in jobs like nursing, doctors, engineers, chartered accountants, lawyers & IT professionals.  They want people already experienced in these careers.

Why are you wanting to move here when you obviously know nothing about NZ?  Why not try Canada or somewhere closer to home instead?  You wouldn't have problems finding a job in Canada with only a diploma.
