   A good (but maybe a little complicated) way is use Yahoo or Google to find what you need in English, then translate it to Russian, put cyrillic translation in Google again, search, then put found desired web address with Russian web source to online-translator.com, translate and enjoy! But keep in mind that machine translation not always correct and not every website could be translated by that service. Also many popular russian sites (especially main city sites) has English version. Have fun!
