If you are thinking of coming as a visitor and can afford to spend a lot of money as a tourist and will return after your trip, you can apply for a visitor's visit at your consular office in Columbo. That is the proper and legitimate way. But if you do not qualify to come legitimately, I believe there are nefarious ways people have used to enter the UK and getting the visa to do it. Some time ago, it was alleged that someone in the civil service was offering visa to aspirants for favours, including sexual ones. That is of course outrageous, but people will stoop to anything, and the UK is not exempt. I'm sure it still goes on under this govt.

the only way ,if you look for jobs in the UK posted on the internet ,if you get hired , then the employer will get the visa for you ,
