I want to go to yale?

i really want to go to Yale. I'm the president of 4 clubs, i'm nationally ranked in diving and i have a 4.3 in all AP classes. I'm done with chemistry and calculus, and i have 1 more year. do you think imight do well and make it>

The whole world wants to go to Yale and they take less than 10% of applicants, most of whom are qualified. If Yale cares about diving, you're GPA puts you in the top 5% of your class and you get a 2200 plus on the SAT, you have a real shot. If they don't want to recruit you being president of clubs at the high school level isn't going to do it.

Yeah, i believe you will do well. I am looking at Yale as well, and when i visited and spoke with the administration and students they say all you need is dedication to get the work done. its hard but with your success in high school, it looks like you could be successful anywhere. Good Luck.

You should be proud, sounds like you are well on your way. As far as standardized testing, some people do better on the ACT than the SAT. If you do not get the score you need on one, take the other. Remember to apply to a few colleges. There are a lot a wonderful institutions available. Start looking in to financial aid as well. Ivy league schools are expensive.
