I want to grow my hair long.?

Is anyone else having issues with wanting to grow their hair out long? I feel like I've been growing it forever and it's just come to a stalemate and won't grown any longer. I take care of it good, and get trims every once in a while... what more can I do?

Hair extensions are not an option.. too expensive and too damaging to hair

take folic acid every day in pill form.. it helps!!

get shampoos for long hair... loreal has them... it helps your hair not break and it grow faster
