I want to hang a heavy picture on a wall that's drywall over brick the only space between is enough for studs.

I need to hang it securely. It weighs at least 50 lbs. Can anyone help?

  1. You didn't say how thick the studs are. If they are 2x4's as in a typical wall, you can s***w into them. If they are merely furring strips (thin pieces of wood) use a masonary s***w and go through to the brick. You will need the bit for the size s***w you are using. Tapcon is a popular brand.
