Or part time working opportunity is better. I have 4-year computer science graduation degree with minor in MIS(3.00 gpa). I have part time working experience in a local software company.

What are the ways I have to proceed?

  1. In order to have a degree without any fee at all, you should find the financial support for it. In the other way, you should apply for a job in a English speaking country and then find a part-time course and you can make your dream.
