  1. Usually that is a Social Worker.


  2. You will need to go to university to become a Social Worker, then specialize in children's issues. That will just get you in the door. You really need to be a Child Psychologist.

  3. Our agency called them "Social Workers" but I prefer the title "Adoption Facilitator".

  4. You would call that an adoption coordinator or fascilitator or social worker.  Most adoption professionals have a masters degree in social work.

  5. I believe you would normally need to be a licensed social worker and then look for a position with your county welfare office.  You could also talk with the career counselor at your local community colleges about the best route to take.
