  1. The first thing you should do is shut off the computer and talk to a human.  People learn best by doing.  Just jump right into it.  If you look silly then fine.  Eventually you'll learn what's best for you.  Too much time on the internet will suck the ability out of your eyes.  That reminds me to shut this thing off.


  2. Join your local Speaking Community like the ToastMasters.

    If you are from Singapore try www.asiaspeakers.com.

    There will be alot of people there willing to help you.
