i want to do nails, hair, face, feet, skin, i am 13 and i need cheap CHEAP prouducts that i can buy local that they will like and keep us entertained. or stuff we can make

I myself am having a spa party with some girlfriends, and I am making facial and body scrubs with them. We are also using E.L.F. cosmetics (www.eyeslipsface.com). A fun game to play using makeup, is everyone sits in a circle, facing the person in front of them, and people try to put makeup on each other, without looking, and everyone does it at the same time (Seventeen magazine). For nail polish, use N.Y.C. (New York Color) nail polish, it's only 94 cents a bottle. Another fun thing to do with nail polish is to take a bottle of white nail polish, and put a whole container of eyeshadow into it. It turns the nail polish the color of the eyeshadow. The two books that I have listed are great for getting ideas. The nail polish thing was from those books. Have fun!

They might not have it at any Wal-Mart stores near you, but at mine they have a really cheap makeup line. It's by Bari. They make nail polish, a sparkly spray for hair and a whole bunch of makeup products. Everything is very reasonably priced. Also look around in the makeup aisles and see if you can find any face masks or foot soaks; they have those at my Wal-Mart for really good prices. You could get out any hair accessories, nail polish or lotions that you already have and use them. Search the internet for recipes to make face washes, ingredients to add to lotion, etc. You can find a myriad of tips. Overall, I would recommend looking around your local Wal-Mart. I've found all types of good stuff that's really cheap. Have fun!

Try e.l.f products. Most products are only 1$. They have pretty much every kind of cosmetic. NYC is good, too! :)

Go through all of your fashion magazines, and rip out all of the recipes for facials and stuff. Another idea, would be to have a pinata full of cheap makeup. I did that for my birthday last year, and it was so much fun.

get some granola its great for exfoliation or u could just go 2 Target. Expect more. Pay less.

but the one thing you HAVE to do is mix vinegar and soy sauce put it all over your face. they did this to me once at the spa and first i thought liek what the h**l is this lady putting on me, but then i felt my face after, and it was as soft as a cloudd!!!!! it was INSANEEE and plus it got rid of ALLL of my acne adn everything. i had a scar on my face, adn that went away too!!! if you have like rough skin, you might want to think about putting this all over your body, if not only your face...
