I want to have a night club birthday party?

Oh this is cute. I remember for my 9th birthday I had like a "disco" party. My parents set up our basement with a dance floor and put strobe lights and christmas lights everywhere on the celing. My older brother was the DJ and he set up like a DJ booth and took requests. My dad made virgin strawberry daquiris at the "bar". Everyone was wearing like splatter paint jean skirts and neon vests :) And we listened to New Kids on the Block all night.....

Oh wait... back to your party. I guess you could take my ideas and just update them a little bit :) HAVE FUN!

If it's its guna be like a night club then you'll want to have a ton of music. If your guna decorate than anything dark and sparkly will work. and also have a small table and make it the "bar" and just put a ton of stuff to drink on it or have some one making specialty drinks behind it. To get more ideas just watch THE HILLS and look t the clubs they go to and model it after that. btw i love your theme!!!!!!!!!

Well first, I would get the atmosphere right.

Maybe you could try to find some red rope for out the front and a list. Maybe you could have your dad or someone who looks really tough in a suit out the front with dark glasses on and "the list". Then makesure everything mood lighting, you want it really really dark, (which means you should probably makesure nothing has sharp edges) maybe you could have a smoke machine?

A virgin bar would be good (virgin just means without alcohol btw) where u could have martinis etc. You will need lots of music, if its possible, get someone to be a DJ for the night and makesure they are up the front at the back of a stage.

Well - rent some lights and a dj (or get someone you know who can dj) and then get like your dad or someone to be the Bouncer at the front door!  You can set up a 'bar' (obviously with mocktails and softdrinks instead of alcohol).  Just make sure there is a decent dance floor, decent music, enough food and drink and it will be great.  (Oh and don't forget some chairs around the place for those who don't want to dance)
