I want to have about $12,000 worth of work done on my house before I sell it.?

Are there contractors that will let me pay them in a few months when my house is sold. I wont have the money up front. What are my options. I need siding, new windows and a few other things.

I would attempt a home equity loan. If not buy a HOW TO book. Ive been a contractor and to be honest with you, why should I give you a loan. I have to buy you material, I have to pay my employees, not to mention workmans comp ins. And after you sell your house I have no legal way to collect from you. I cant put a lean on your house after it is sold.  Good Luck

i doubt if anyone would finance your plan, you should get an home equity loan  and pay that when you sell or even try a HUD rehabilitation loan
