I want to have big pecs without doing bench presses. HELP!!

I dont have a bench and dont intend on buying one. can anyone help?

  2. Weighted pushups are a good substitute for bench press.

    Get a old backpack and put rocks in it.  Keep increasing the weight of rocks as you strengthen.  Later you can have a person stand on your shoulders as you do the pushups.

    For incline you can put your feet on a chair or table instead of the floor.

  3. Just doing push-ups worked for me.  I do at least 50 push-ups every morning; if thats too many try 20 or 30 and gradually build yourself up. Combined with working out at the gym you should notice an increase in strength and size in quite a short space of time.  

    Use some variety in the push-ups - hands spread further apart, feet on a stability ball or a chair, one-handed, etc.  Check out this video for more ideas: http://my.break.com/content/view.aspx?Co...


  4. its the only way, pushups will only get u lean, if u wanna get big from anywhere u gotta lift heavy
