  1. Wow... for such treatment I recommend a much calmer environment. Do you know where exactly you will be treated?

  2. I was staying in a hotel in Montego Bay 6 years ago. The  beach hotels are fabulous, but I must be honest with you,  we were advised not to go into the town in the evening,it was dangerous for tourists!, and if we wanted to go to another restaurant, shuttle coaches were supplied.!! You will need to know about the hospitals, ask your doctor or local hospital what the conditions are like. If they are anything like the shops and cafe`s I would rather stay in England. Maybe someone has been in their hospitals, and things have changed. I hope they have. As Jamaica is not the cleanest place to be.

  3. In the summer Montego Bay , Jamaica is really hot and the kids are all over the streets. It's best you come in the summer to experience celebrations like Sumfest. That is the time most kids are out of school and tourists and locals flock the beaches. Almost everystore is open everyday of the week. In the late summer, like August, parents and kids go shopping for school clothes and it gets really crowded and busy.

  4. There is a centre called Sunshine Dialysis Centre.  there have locations in Kingston, Mandeville and Montego Bay.  There #'s are (876) 968-3663/926-8907, Mandeville 625-0450 and Mobay 952-4757.  I do not know much about them but they have to keep with international dialysis standards for their patients.  Jamaica has alot of foreign officials and would have to be uptodate.  Good Luck
