Log in to what? See prices? See Wholesale prices? If your trying to set up an E-commerce store with customer accounts look into open source projects like www.oscommerce.com or Zencart. They are basicly online stores you can install on your webspace and customise.

Try going to your "Web Hosting Control Panel"  "Create & Update" "Add Ons" then scroll down until you see "Advance Tools"  there will be PHP-Nuke
