  1. i was like you at your age and i decided i wanted to foster babies. i now have a house with my partner and we are going through the process of fostering and i'm only 18 but he is 21 so you dont only have to be a brother or sister lol.

  2. There are a few things you can do right now:

    1. Baby-sit/Mother's Helper

    2. Volunteer in the Big Brother/Big Sister program. It's for kids without any siblings that need a good influence in their lives

    3. Volunteer to read to kids at your local library or book store

    4. Hold a Summer Camp for kids in your yard

Now here are some things when you get older:

    1. Adopt

    2. Become a social worker

    3. Become a children's psychiatrist

    4. Write and/Or Illustrate Childrens Books

    Good luck!

  3. babysit or do the big brother big sister program that would be good to do

  4. If you want to work with smaller girls right now you could become a Girl Scout and work with younger troops.  My daughter does that, she is almost 15.

  5. You still have LOTS of time to figure that out.  There are many ways to work with children.  All depends on your likes and dislikes, and your goals in education.  Pediatrician?  Nurse?  Therapist?  Daycare? School Counselor?  Stop and think about what you like about kids. What is it that you enjoy abou them?  What do you want to do after high school, as far as education?  Maybe do some goal setting, and writing down things that you enjoy.

  6. Big brother/Big sister volunteer?

  7. babysit
