Tail Lights- Head Lights and Rims. Its All Night Hawk Black and 5% window tints already. What is a good website to get these things and make it look Amazing.

For rims you can start by looking at http://www.tirerack.com/index.jsp?keywor... and http://www.discounttire.com/dtcs/home.do .   For the head and tail lights, I don't exactly know what you are looking for, but you can search (i.e. HID kits) and see what results come up.  I wouldn't jump on good deals with headlights, the cheaper aftermarket ones can leak and drain the battery.  You might want to look into getting retrofitted lights, they are more expensive, but they are much higher quality.  Hope this helps, you can email me if you have any questions.

You might want to check your local laws regarding your window tint.  Too dark and you're going to get stopped a lot, and the officer will have his hand on his gun when he does it.
