I want to host a gold party and I saw these guys on TV are they reputable???

I saw these guys on CBS news www.metal-buyers.com and I want to host one of their gold parties but like anyone i am skeptical. They say they are the original creators of the gold party idea and I talked to them and they seem legit. Can someone help???
